About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and collaborative Allied Health team in Perth.

We welcome applications from Occupational Therapists at all stages of their careers, including new graduates and experienced clinicians. The role can be tailored to your experience, interests and areas of clinical practice.

You will work with clients to assess their needs, develop individualised treatment plans and provide practical, evidence-based support to improve their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.

  • Deliver therapy and interventions based on each client's goals and needs.

  • Support clients with a range of physical, developmental, sensory, cognitive and psychosocial needs.

  • Complete relevant clinical documentation, reports and assessments.

  • Provide recommendations for equipment, assistive technology and home modifications where appropriate.

  • Work collaboratively with families, carers and other health professionals.

  • Manage a caseload appropriate to your experience and clinical interests.

  • Participate in clinical supervision, professional development and team meetings.

About You

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is:

  • Qualified with a recognised Occupational Therapy degree.

  • Registered with AHPRA.

  • Committed to providing high-quality, client-centred care.

  • A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.

  • Organised and able to manage a caseload effectively.

  • Interested in developing their clinical skills and continuing their professional development.

A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle may be required for community-based positions.
